Warren Siegel has spent more than three decades in Pennsylvania courtrooms. His practice focuses on people hurt in car accidents and falls, and on patients harmed by medical malpractice. He represents clients through Your Legal Warrior from the office at 8000 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082, and across Delaware County and Philadelphia.
The courts themselves rely on his judgment. Warren is appointed by the court to serve as a sole binding arbitrator, and the Philadelphia court system appoints him as a Discovery Master in medical malpractice cases, the role that settles disputes over evidence between the two sides. He has served as a Settlement Master for the Court of Common Pleas, work that earned letters of commendation from its judges, and he sat on the First Judicial District committee charged with improving the Judge Pro Tem program.
That seat on the other side of the table matters for his clients. He knows how arbitrators and judges weigh an injury claim, and he builds cases to hold up in front of them. He has also argued before the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
